BOOKING GUIDE LINES
Sessions are subject to a non-refundable retainer fee when booking. This secures your date and time slot you choose. I can no longer accept a client for that date and time.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELING/LATE
A reschedule is $50
Each reschedule is $50 each time to secure a new time and date. Added to remaining balance!
Late fee will be a $50 charge added to the remaining balance after 20 mins of start time.
Delivery of Images
Regular sessions are a 3-7 day turnaround time. Images are sent to client within the next day or same day if late by the photographer. For weddings, image turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks.
Payment/Payment Methods
Any remaining balance of any session must be paid at the end of your session or before.
We accept debit/credit cards and cash.

Studio Session
This photo session is to be within the photography studio. This studio photo session is for up to 1 hour of photography. You'll have the option to select up to 10 images you'd like retouched. Once retouched, photos will then be placed on flash drive or emailed to you.
**Deposit is non-refundable**
Location Session
This photo session is to be within the Memphis/Desoto County/West Memphis area. If location chosen is farther, a travel fee is require. This location photo session is for up to 1 hour of photography. You'll have the option to select up to 10 images you'd like retouched. Once retouched, photos will then be placed on flash drive or emailed to you.

Business
This shoot option is ideal for photos and/or video used for business cards, business websites, flyers, branding, etc.
Christmas Package
1-4 outfit changes within the agreed time frame (up to 30 min). You'll have the option to select up to 10 images you'd like retouched. Once retouched photos will then be placed on flashdrive or emailed to you. **Deposit is Non-refundable**
Graduation/Prom
This photo session is to be within the Memphis/Desoto County/West Memphis area. If location chosen is farther, a travel fee is require. This location (college campus) and studio photo session is for up to 2 hour of photography. You'll have the option to select up to 10 images you'd like retouched. Once retouched, photos will then be placed on flash drive or emailed to you.

Weddings
This package includes 8 hrs of coverage, a complimentary engagement session, and a gallery of online high-resolution images of your wedding day. ** Additional hours may be added upon request

WE DON'T LIVE NEAR TN OR THE MEMPHIS AREA, IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR US?

For session that you've chose is outside of Tennessee or further than 50 miles outside of Memphis travels fees are the IRS standard for mileage which is .47 cents per mile. I really will travel to where ever your session, event or wedding is. I have attended many sessions in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Texas and more.
I do not know how to pose or which poses to do. Do you help by providing instructions?

That's totally fine! I definitely provide direction as needed. I love prompting my clients to keep them really comfortable in front of the camera and with me to capture those beautiful moments.

I am fully insured through Professional Photographers of America. I can provide proof if your venue needs proof of insurance just let me know and I'd be happy to provide you with that.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE IMAGES?

For any other session outside of weddings, the typical turnaround time is 3-7 days. For weddings, it's typically around 4 - 8 weeks with a preview of the wedding within 48 hours. For Couples and Portraits it's usually around 1-2 weeks. All images will be delivered online through a private gallery and you'll be downloading the full resolution images!
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?

Every package details the amount of retouched images you will receive with your package. It differs from sessions and weddings. What this means is that the cost of your session is covering my time, my talent, editing time, and physical products included in your packages. There really isn't a set number of photos you will receive by the conclusion of your wedding day.
Typically, an 6 hour wedding day receive over 200 images.
